Gren and Hayward believe they have been hired to work a hospitality job at the Kensey House, serving the guests at Sofia's birthday party.[1]
Mr Kensey introduces two new rituals to the Petropater, which he demonstrates on Gren. He begins sacrificing the serving staff to the Petropater. Hayward manages to hide and, with Gramma Kensey's advice, uses a prawn skewer to kill Mrs Kensey. Hayward escapes.[1]
Gramma Kensey confronts her son and welcomes the Glooming Guest into their house, destroying it.[1]
